How we count time saved

Every finished piece of work adds the time the same job would have taken you by hand. These are rules of thumb, so the total always reads as about something and never as an exact figure. A finished minute of talking-head video counts as 60 minutes. A finished minute of Freeform, Scene, Cinematic, or Motion footage counts as 90 minutes. Each image counts as 20 minutes. A minute of voiceover counts as 15 minutes. A minute of an editor export counts as 30 minutes, measured at the length you were billed for. An approved Kae plan counts as 30 minutes. A Reframe or a Rework counts as 20 minutes. Only finished work counts, so anything still rendering is not in the number yet, and anything that did not come through never enters.
