Kyndrify
For sales teams

Stand out in every inbox.

Generic outbound gets ignored. Drop a 30-second video into your next sequence with your face, their name, their company, and their pain point, all without ever filming. And it's one part of a whole studio: spin up product demos, voiceovers, and on-brand visuals from the same place.

For sales teams workflow example

A more personal outbound format

one prospect at a time

Workflow framing, not a performance claim. Measure replies and meetings against your own audience and message.

Why this workflow works

Built for the work you do.

Personalize at scale

Reuse a script structure, swap in the prospect's name, company, and pain point, then render a tailored video for each account you choose to contact.

One Twin, every send

Each rep can build a Digital Twin from their photo and voice, complete consent, and reuse it while it remains active in the Workspace.

More than talking heads

The prospect video is one tool. The same Studio makes product demos, voiceovers, and on-brand images, so your reps can build a whole follow-up asset, not just an intro clip, without ever filming.

How it works in your workflow

From idea to delivery.

  1. 1

    Build the rep's Twin

Add a clear photo and a short voice clip, then complete consent. Each rep can have a Digital Twin while the Workspace has an available character slot.

  2. 2

    Write the personalized script

Start from a sales-specific template, drop in the prospect's details, or write the script fresh in the Studio. Need the words written for you? The Copywriter drafts hooks and full scripts in your voice. Explore it at /product/copywriter.

  3. 3

    Render, send, follow up

Download the finished video file, then add it to the outreach tools and channels that support video. Keep the message short and relevant to the prospect.

Tools for the workflow

Capabilities that matter.

Sales-ready script templates

Start with the formats available in Studio, then tailor the script for an outbound intro, follow-up, recap, or deal-stage check-in.

Prospect-by-prospect control

Reuse the structure of a message that works, then tailor and review each prospect's script before you Render.

Support for longer recaps

Supported talking-head workflows can split a longer script into clips and combine them into one Render within the current script and duration limits. Review the finished video before you send.

A full no-film Studio

Beyond the prospect video: product demos, voiceovers (/product/voiceover), and on-brand images (/product/ai-images), all in the same Workspace, no shoot day.

Multi-seat Workspaces

The Pro plan starts at the equivalent of $129/month when billed yearly for a solo Workspace and includes up to 10 custom Digital Twins or Avatars. Team controls are implemented, but new public multi-seat activation is still pending; contact sales before buying for a group.

Drops into your outreach stack

Download the video file and use it in sequencing or CRM tools that accept video uploads or links you host yourself.

FAQ

Quick answers.

How long should a sales video be?
For cold outbound, 30 to 45 seconds is a useful starting point, not a rule. Supported talking-head workflows can split longer scripts within current limits. Review the finished Render before you send.
Will the prospect think it was recorded live?
Do not present an AI-made video as a live recording. Keep the message personal, disclose how it was made where the context or platform requires it, and review the finished Render before sending.
Can I personalize one video per prospect?
Yes. Add the prospect's name, company, and pain point to a script, then Render and review a unique video for that account. Repeat the workflow for each prospect you choose to contact.
Is this only personalized intro videos?
No. The prospect video is one tool in a full no-film Studio. The same Workspace makes product demos, voiceovers, and on-brand visuals, so reps can build the whole follow-up, not just the opener. Explore the tools under /product.
What happens when a rep leaves?
Digital Twins and Renders belong to the Workspace. A Workspace owner should remove the departing member's access, review the consent and business need for retaining their Digital Twin, and explicitly delete assets that should no longer be kept.
