Prohibited Uses
You may not use Kyndrify to generate, distribute, or facilitate any of the following. These restrictions mirror those required by our upstream AI model licenses (including the Lightricks LTX-2 Community License) and applicable laws:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations, including those concerning export controls, sanctions, hate speech, deepfakes, impersonation, or non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII).
- Harm, exploit, abuse, or sexualize minors (anyone under 18) in any way, including non-photographic CSAM.
- Generate or disseminate verifiably false information with the intent to harm others or to commit fraud (financial, identity, or otherwise).
- Defame, disparage, or harass another person or group, including through deceptive depictions of public figures.
- Generate or disseminate AI-generated content without expressly and intelligibly disclaiming that the information or content is machine-generated. (This obligation is enforced automatically by our watermarking and C2PA pipeline; do not attempt to bypass it.)
- Generate or disseminate personal identifiable information (PII) without authorization, or to violate the privacy of any person.
- Impersonate, or attempt to impersonate (including via deepfakes), another person without their explicit consent. Consent must be documented via Kyndrify's consent flow.
- Generate or disseminate content that incites, threatens, or facilitates violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
- Discriminate against individuals or groups protected by applicable laws, including in employment, credit, housing, education, or public-accommodation decisions.
- Provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice requiring expertise or licensure.
- Make decisions affecting an individual's legal rights, financial eligibility, employment, or government benefits without appropriate human oversight.
- Generate or distribute content for use in election campaigns or political advertising in jurisdictions where AI-generated political content is restricted, without complying with all applicable disclosure laws.
- Build, train, or improve a competing generative model using Kyndrify outputs.
- Build a product directly competing with the commercial offerings of our upstream model providers, including Lightricks.
- Generate malicious code, malware, viruses, spam, or content intended to compromise computer systems.
- Generate content depicting weapons (firearms, explosives, weapons of mass destruction) for use in real-world weapons development or procurement.
- Generate content for military applications without appropriate authorization and oversight.
- Profile, track, or surveil individuals (including by law- enforcement agencies) without lawful authorization.
- Engage in illegal employment, lending, housing, insurance, or credit-decision automation.
- Bypass, disable, or remove the technical controls Kyndrify uses to enforce these terms (watermarks, C2PA metadata, consent records, rate limits, abuse-detection systems).
