Refund policy.
Effective: 21 May 2026
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
For your first paid subscription charge or first credit pack purchase, we will refund the full amount within 14 days of the transaction, no questions asked. Email [email protected] with the transaction ID and we'll process the refund within 5 business days.
2. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel any subscription at any time via Settings → Manage subscription. After cancellation you retain access (and unspent credits) until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for mid-period cancellations. Use your remaining credits before the period ends.
3. Provider outages and failed renders
If a render fails for any reason on our side or our providers', the credits used are automatically refunded to your workspace balance. You do not need to contact support for credit refunds on failed renders. They post within minutes of the failure.
If a provider outage prevents you from rendering for an extended period (more than 24 hours of cumulative downtime within a single billing month), you may request a pro-rated dollar refund for that month. Email support with the affected dates.
4. Billing errors
If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount, charged after cancellation), we refund the disputed amount in full immediately upon verification. Contact support with the transaction details.
5. Account-takeover and fraud
If unauthorized charges occurred on your account due to credential theft, contact support immediately. After verifying the account-takeover, we refund unauthorized charges and reset your access credentials.
6. What we don't refund
We don't refund:
- Subscriptions or PAYG packs purchased more than 14 days ago, outside the cases above
- Credits already consumed on successful renders, regardless of whether you're satisfied with the creative output
- Charges flagged as fraudulent by our payment processor and reversed via chargeback. Those flow back to you through your bank's dispute process, not via us
- Workspaces terminated for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy
7. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- Your account email
- The payment transaction ID or date and amount
- A brief description of why you're requesting the refund
Approved refunds post within 5 business days to the original payment method.
8. Disputes
If you're unsatisfied with our refund decision, contact us at [email protected] with “Refund dispute” in the subject line. Disputes are reviewed personally by the founder team.
