If content made or hosted with Kyndrify harms you, we want to know, and we will act. This page explains what to send us and what happens next. You never need an account to make a聽report.
1. Intimate images shared without聽consent
Intimate imagery of an identifiable person that was created or shared without their consent is banned on Kyndrify, whether the imagery is authentic or AI-generated. This includes threats to share such聽imagery.
How to report it. Use the report form or email abuse@kyndrify.com. Please include: a link to or description of the content, enough information for us to identify the person depicted, and a statement that the person did not consent to it. You can report for yourself or on behalf of someone else, such as your child or a person you聽represent.
What we do. These reports go to the top of the queue. We remove validated intimate imagery, and any identical copies we find, within 48 hours of a complete report, and we take steps to prevent the responsible account from producing more. Reporting in good faith will never be held against you, and we keep the details of your report聽confidential.
2. Your face or voice, used without your聽consent
A Digital Twin of a real person requires that person's recorded consent. If you believe your face, voice, or likeness is being used on Kyndrify without your permission, report it to abuse@kyndrify.com with a link or description and your relationship to the person depicted. We prioritize these reports, remove content where the complaint is validated, and block further renders of the聽likeness.
If your consent was recorded through Kyndrify's consent flow, you can also withdraw it yourself at any time using the link in your confirmation email, which immediately prevents new renders of your聽likeness.
3. Copyright
If you believe content on Kyndrify infringes your copyright, email abuse@kyndrify.com with a link to the content, a description of the work you own, and a statement that the use is not authorized. We investigate promptly, remove infringing material, and terminate repeat聽infringers.
