- Can different clients have different looks and voices?
- Yes. Preferences are stored per Twin, so each client's Twin keeps its own format and voice delivery. Switch clients by switching Twins.
- How is sensitive client data handled?
- Every Workspace is isolated, with audit logs, encrypted storage, and encryption in transit. Higher tiers add single sign-on, provisioning, and a dedicated security review. Kyndrify isn't built for protected health information, so don't process it here.
