Plan it before you pay for it

The AI creative director that plans your whole video.

Say what you need in a sentence. Kae plans every scene, writes the script, picks the shots and the voice. The plan arrives with its price already on it, worked out by the Studio. You approve it, then the Studio makes it.

Kae plans it. The Studio prices it. Nothing is made until you approve.

Got it. Where will this be posted, so I plan the right shape?

What does an AI creative director actually do?

Kae is the creative director inside Kyndrify. You say what you want in a sentence, and she writes the plan: the scenes in order, the script, the shot she wants on each one, the presenter and the voice. The plan carries its own price before anything runs. You approve it, then the Studio renders it.

  • Who it is for

Anyone who can describe a video in a sentence and would rather approve a plan than build one. One person, or a small team who wants to argue about the plan before the bill.

  • What you need

A sentence. Bring a script, a photo, a product shot or a take you already filmed if you have them, and she plans around what is already in your Workspace.

  • What it costs

Planning is included with every plan, and Free includes 5 Kae planning sessions a month. The renders the plan describes are charged per second at the rate of the look level you picked, and the plan totals them before you approve. Cinematic talking-head video is 228 credits a second at 720p and 540 credits a second at 1080p; an editor export is 20 credits a second with a 60-credit floor, and an audio-only export 5 credits a second.

  • What it does not do

She plans presenter scenes, short generated clips and images. She does not plan dubbing, she does not edit your timeline, and she never makes anything you have not approved.

How a session goes

From a sentence to a finished video, in four moves.

  1. A two-minute explainer for our new service, in my voice.

    Say what you need

A sentence is enough. Add footage, a product photo or a reference if you have one. Kae reads what is already in your Workspace, your cast and your saved voices, and plans around it.

  2. Where will this be posted? It sets the shape of every shot.

    She writes the plan

Scenes in order. A script on every talking scene, the shot she wants on the rest, a presenter and a voice on each, and the seconds it runs. She can suggest a camera move, and you set it on the scene card.

The price is on the plan

Before you approve, the plan shows what it will cost. Kae does not write that number. The Studio works it out from the same rates that bill a render you make by hand, so the figure you read is the figure you pay.

    Approve, then polish

Approve and the Studio renders it scene by scene. After that the editor is yours: trim, layer, add music, burn in captions, export. Change a line and run that scene again.

The plan itself

What is actually in a plan.

A plan is a document. Every scene in it holds the same things, and every one of them is yours to change.

  • What kind of scene it is. Someone talking to camera, a short clip made from a description, or an image.

  • The script. The lines for a talking scene, written in your own tone.

  • The shot. What we see, written out: the framing, the setting, what is happening in it. A camera move is a separate pick on the scene card, from the studio's own catalog, and she can suggest one.

  • Who is in it. Your Digital Twin, an Avatar, or a character from the library.

  • The voice. Your own cloned voice, or one from the library, on that scene.

  • How long it runs. Whole seconds, so the running time adds up before anything is made.

Swap a presenter, rewrite a line, change the shot, drop a scene, reorder the whole thing. The plan updates, and the price updates with it.

The script and the voice

She writes the lines in your tone and puts your cloned voice, or one from the library, on every scene. Narration and presenter stay in sync.

Two ways to work

Let her draft it, or steer it early.

Auto

The default. Kae plans the whole thing in one pass, picks the obvious option wherever you did not say, and tells you in one line what she chose so you can change it. Best when you would rather react to a draft than answer questions.

Ask first

She stops for one question at a time, and only when the answer would change the whole plan. The question arrives with its options already on it, and she says why it matters. Best when the video has to land a particular way.

You pick the mode when you open the room.

Yours to change

She plans. You decide. Every time.

Kae never runs anything on her own. The storyboard is a plan you can read, change and approve, and the cost is on it before a single scene is made.

  • The storyboard is editable

Swap a presenter, rewrite a line, change a shot, drop a scene, reorder the lot. The plan updates and the price updates with it.

  • Review it with your team

Share the room with named people in your Workspace and they can leave a note on one shot. Threads sit on the scene, and the owner gets one line in their bell. Someone let into a room cannot invite anyone else.

  • The editor is a manual room

Kae plans on the storyboard. The editor is yours: cut, layer clips and music, burn in captions, export with subtitle files alongside.

Footage you already have

Bring a take you already filmed yourself.

You do not have to start from nothing. Hand Kae a take you shot on your phone and she reads the words in it before she plans anything, so the plan she writes is about that footage.

She finds the stumbles, the false starts and the repeated words, and plans the cuts around them. You see each one as a judgement you can put back. What comes out is your footage, tightened, with the good parts kept.

A plan over footage you already own costs nothing to approve. There is nothing to make.

The limits, said plainly

What Kae does not plan.

Three kinds of scene, and that is the list: someone talking, a short generated clip, an image.

  • She does not plan dubbing. Re-voicing a finished video in another language is its own step you run on the render afterwards. How dubbing works
  • She does not edit your timeline. Kae plans on the storyboard. The editor is a manual room, and it is yours. Exports there cost 20 credits a second of timeline, with a 60-credit minimum.
  • On the Free plan, a generated clip scene will ask for Plus. Freeform renders are on every plan: up to 720p on Free, with the Kyndrify mark. 1080p with no mark starts on the Basic plan, and Cinematic Ultra Extended and Pro Flash render at full resolution from the Plus plan. Talking scenes and images render on Free. On the free plan a talking-head video runs to one minute. Talking-head video renders up to 1080p, from the Basic plan and above. Videos and images made on the Free plan carry a visible mark, and the studio checks for it before it hands the file over.
  • The top look levels need a paid plan. The lighter ones render on Free. You pick the level for the plan, and the picker says which rungs your plan can reach before you choose one.
  • She never invents a person. She can only cast the Digital Twins, Avatars and voices already saved and consented to in your Workspace.
Sessions on every plan

Planning is part of every plan.

A session is one room. It starts counting on the first thing you say in it, so a room you open and abandon costs you nothing, and coming back to one you already used never counts twice. Talking inside a room is not metered.

  • Free5 Kae planning sessions a month
  • Plus20 Kae planning sessions a month
  • Pro60 Kae planning sessions a month
  • MaxKae sessions without a monthly count
  • UltraKae sessions without a monthly count

Free adds 8,400 credits, once, that never expire. Plus comes with 28,000 credits a month and Pro with 56,000 credits. Max and Ultra carry no monthly session count, within reasonable use.

Compare the plans

Made with consent

She can only cast what you have already set up.

A real person's Digital Twin needs a current consent record before it can render anything. An Avatar is a character we made, with no real person behind it, and it needs none. Kae works inside that line and cannot reach for someone else’s face or voice.

Machine-verifiable disclosure and provenance are being rolled out and are not yet guaranteed on every output.

Questions

About working with Kae.

What happens if one scene comes back wrong?
Open that scene's render in the tool that made it. Everything you used is already filled in: the script, the cast, the voice, the references. Change the line or the shot and send it again. Looking costs nothing, and the rest of the video stays as it is.
Does she make the video, or just plan it?
She plans it. When you approve, the Studio renders each scene through the same tools you could open by hand, at the same quality and the same rates. Then the editor is yours to polish.
How do I know what it will cost before I commit?
The total sits on the plan before you approve it, and the plan breaks it into lines so you can see where it goes. Change a scene, drop one, or make one longer, and the total moves with it. Nothing is charged while you are still reading.
Can I use Kae on the Free plan?
Yes. Free includes 5 Kae planning sessions a month and 8,400 credits that never expire. Talking scenes and image scenes render on Free, and so do the lighter look levels. A scene that needs a generated clip will ask for Plus, and so will the top look levels.
Will she use my face or my voice?
Only the Digital Twins, Avatars and voices already saved and consented to in your Workspace. She never invents a person and never reaches for someone else's likeness.
What if I do not like the plan?
Change it. Swap a presenter, rewrite a line, change a shot, drop a scene, reorder the lot. The plan and its price both update, and nothing is made until you press approve.

Say it once. Read the plan before you pay for it.

Free includes 5 Kae planning sessions a month and 8,400 credits to spend on the first one. No card, no call.
