After that, anyone on your team writes a script and renders a video in that person's real face and voice. Nothing is filmed again, and nothing clinical goes in: this is not a place for patient records.

How a practice runs聽this.
Four steps. Only one of them needs the provider, and it takes about a minute of their day.
1. Pick the person. A Digital Twin is one real human being, so one provider means one setup. If four people see patients, that is four, and each of them consents for themselves. You cannot consent on someone's behalf and we will not let you try.
2. They give you about a minute. The builder walks them through three things in a row: a photo, a short recording of them speaking so we can build their voice, and then the consent step. The photo is what their Digital Twin looks like. The voice recording is what it sounds like, and ten seconds of clear audio is enough. The consent recording runs at least fifteen seconds and they say the line the screen gives them, and that clip is what puts their permission on the record. They can do the consent recording on their own phone by scanning a code off your screen. Then they are done.
3. Your team writes. A treatment explainer. The question the front desk answered four times today. A recall nudge. A welcome for new patients. One script, one video, and the script is the only thing you change when a name or a price moves.
4. You watch it before it goes out. Play it through once. Check every drug, procedure and product name is said the way your team says it. Then post it. Nothing goes out until somebody on your team sends it.

We will not pretend this is a medical聽tool.
This is a marketing tool. It does not give medical advice, and the videos you make with it should not either. Keep patient records, patient images and anything clinical out of the Studio. Kyndrify is not HIPAA eligible, and we will never sell it as though it were.
We will not review your ads for your聽board.
The advertising rules for your field are yours to follow. Boards and regulators differ by state and by country on what a practice may claim, on testimonials, and on how a result may be shown. Your team owns that review. We do not do it for you and we cannot.
We will not hide that the video is聽AI-made.
It is genuinely your provider's face, and their own voice once you clone it, which works on every plan, recorded with their consent, and that consent is on the record. Built-in AI disclosure is still rolling out across output types, so put a short line in the caption or the description in the meantime. There is no slide or presentation import and there is no screen recording. If what you need is a slide-based course or a software walkthrough, this is not the tool for it.
We will not pretend Free is the whole聽thing.

- We have four providers. Do we need a Digital Twin for each one?
- Yes. A Digital Twin is one real person, and every person consents for themselves, so four providers means four setups. Plus holds 3 Digital Twins, Pro holds 10, Max holds 25 and Ultra holds 50. You can buy extra slots on the Plus plan and above.
- My field is not on the list. Can I still use it?
- Yes, and the setup is exactly the same. What we do not have yet is a page written in your field's words, so you will be reading about a clinic. Two honest limits while you decide: there is no slide or presentation import, and there is no screen recording. If what you need is a slide-based course or a software walkthrough, this is not the tool for it.
- We are an agency. Can we run this for several practices?

- Can the videos be in another language?
- Speech runs in ten languages, and a video you made here can be re-voiced into another one while it keeps the same voice and the lips stay in sync. It works on a finished Kyndrify video, not on footage you upload. Dubbing is on the Plus plan and above.
