Use this workflow for onboarding, process updates, product lessons, or any training series that changes over time. Give each module one clear learning goal and one approved script.
Set up the instructor’s Digital Twin once, with the required consent and voice sample. Keep the same Look across related modules when visual consistency matters.
When a policy or lesson changes, update the affected script and render that module again. Longer lessons can be split into sections, reviewed separately, and stitched into one finished video.
Practical tip
Keep source scripts in short, named sections. When one fact changes, you can find the affected section quickly and render a clean replacement.
