Credits and packs

Render actions use credits. Cinematic talking-head video is 228 credits per second at 720p and 540 credits per second at 1080p. Other tools and quality levels have their own rates; check the current action before you submit. Monthly credits refresh on your billing date, and top-up credits are valid for 3 months.Starting a plan for the first time? The Welcome bonus doubles your credits for your first month, or for each of your first 3 months on a yearly plan. Every paid plan earns it, Basic and Starter included, and those two bill monthly, so the bonus lands on their first month. The Free plan has no monthly credits, so there is nothing to double.

Kae plans for free. A planning session counts the first time you send Kae a message in a new Session, so an empty Session you open and leave costs nothing, and coming back to one later never counts again. Free plans get 5 a month, Basic 5, Starter 10, Plus 20, Pro 60, and Max and Ultra have no monthly count within reason. The count refreshes on your billing date, or on the first of the month if you are not on a paid plan. You'll see how many are left under Kae's box in Pro Studio.

Subscription credits don't roll over (they reset on your billing date). Pay-as-you-go credit packs are valid for 3 months from the purchase date.

On the Buy page. Open Billing in the Studio and choose Buy, or use the Upgrade button in the sidebar. Plans, credit packs, and storage packs live there, payments are handled by Stripe, and what you buy is available as soon as checkout completes.
