How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in page, choose Forgot and enter your email. We send a link that lets you set a new password. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam and make sure you entered the address you signed up with.
Can my team work in my workspace?
Yes, on the Pro, Max, and Ultra plans. Ultra includes five seats, then $20 a month for each seat after that. Open the Team page in the Studio to invite people by email. Admins can set per-member credit caps, and every member draws from the same workspace credit pool.
How much storage do I get, and what if I run out?
Every plan includes storage for your uploads and finished media, and the meter in the Studio sidebar shows where you stand. When you need more, add a storage pack from the Buy page and it takes effect right away.
