Connect your social accounts and schedule posts
Where to connect an account, what a posting slot is, how your team shares accounts, and what to do when a network signs you out.
Where do I connect an account?
Open Marketing in the Studio. On the Planner, the strip above your calendar holds your accounts. Press Connect an account and pick a network. We send you to that network's own sign-in page. Sign in there, allow posting, and you come back to your planner with the account connected.
Which networks can I connect?
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You can connect more than one. A business with an Instagram and a TikTok connects both, and each post picks the account it goes to.
What is a posting slot?
Each connected account takes one posting slot in your workspace. The accounts window shows how many slots you have and how many are in use. For now we add slots for you, so contact support and tell us which accounts you want to connect. Later, a posting slot becomes an add-on you can buy with your plan.
Can my team post from the same accounts?
Yes. Accounts belong to your workspace, so everyone in it plans and schedules on the same accounts. If you work for more than one client, one workspace per client keeps their planner and accounts apart. Ask us to set one up.
What is a safe first post?
Start with a post only you can see. On YouTube, schedule a private video. On TikTok, send the post to your TikTok inbox as a draft and post it from the TikTok app when it looks right. Once the first one lands the way you expect, schedule the rest.
What if a network signs me out?
Networks sometimes sign an account out, for example after a password change. Your planner then shows a Reconnect card for that account. Press Reconnect and sign in again. Until you do, posts scheduled for that account wait as drafts, so nothing goes out by mistake. Once it is back, schedule them again.
