AI Video for Small Businesses
Learn how small businesses can create checked introductions, service guides, FAQ videos, offer reminders, and customer handoffs with an AI Twin.
AI Video for Small Businesses
AI video for a small business can help with a short list of tasks. An approved Twin can present a checked business intro, service guide, FAQ answer, offer reminder, or customer handoff. You write the script and approve the final clip.
The Twin does not know whether your hours, price, service area, or offer changed. It does not check a license, policy, customer quote, or booking slot. It also does not protect data or make a video accessible by itself. Keep those facts and checks in a separate release process.
What a Kyndrify Twin does
A Kyndrify Twin is based on an approved face and voice. Setup uses a headshot, a short voice clip, and recorded consent. You supply the script. Each Render gives you a download and a hosted link. Longer scripts can be made in parts and joined. The Kyndrify talking-head video page explains this process.

Kyndrify uses a shared credit balance across supported tools, with subscription credits that reset monthly and pay-as-you-go packs valid for three months. Signed Content Credentials and invisible provenance are still rolling out and are not guaranteed on every file. Its current pages do not document small-business templates, website or Business Profile links, CRM, booking, inventory, price feeds, review collection, analytics, Render speed, or lead and sales results. Current pricing does document a Free plan with 8,400 one-time signup credits and no card required, and Plus lists talking-head video up to 1080p. Check the official Kyndrify pricing page before you rely on a feature or right.
The Twin reads the words you give it. It does not manage the business or update old videos when a source changes.
A practical video workflow
Use one repeatable path for every clip. A small team can keep this in a shared document or task card.
- Choose one viewer and action. Define who the message is for and the one safe next step. Keep other offers and audiences out.
- Freeze identity and operating facts. Save the approved business name, location or service area, hours, category, services, and contact route. Google asks businesses to use accurate real-world facts in its Business Profile guidelines.
- Freeze the offer facts. Save the service scope, exclusions, price, supply, dates, qualifications, policy, and approval owner. Add a source and check date for every claim.
- Remove private data. Do not show login details, customer records, private messages, payment data, internal screens, or sensitive vendor facts. The SBA cybersecurity guide advises small firms to assess risk, plan, train staff, secure systems, and protect customer and vendor data.
- Clear people and media. Check the rights for each employee, customer, logo, mark, photo, screen, clip, music track, and other asset.
- Review quotes and ties. Confirm that each review or endorsement is true and has the needed permission. Clearly disclose a gift, discount, payment, employment tie, partnership, or other material connection that may affect how a viewer weighs it. See the FTC endorsement guidance.
- Plan access. Decide whether your viewers need captions, a transcript, a description of key visual facts, sign language, or an accessible player. The W3C media guide explains these options.
- Set disclosure and approve. Add the AI and platform labels that apply. Ask the owner or named reviewer to approve the final script, media, access plan, and labels.
- Render and watch. Check the full video for speech, visual, link, and label errors. Compare each fact with its frozen source.
- Publish with an expiry. Record the version and review date. Name the person who can replace or remove the clip when a fact changes.
Do not reuse the approval from one video for another. A new script, offer, channel, or set of media needs its own check.

Keep a release record
A release record makes an old claim easier to trace. Include:
- Business, message, version, audience, and channel
- Source owner and check date for every fact
- Name, location or service area, hours, service, and contact sources
- Offer, price, availability, qualification, and policy sources
- Customer-data and security check
- Rights for people, logos, music, photos, clips, and screens
- Review context and each material-connection disclosure
- Accessibility plan and quality check
- AI and platform disclosure
- Final approval and date
- Expiry date, archive, replacement link, and takedown owner
Keep a copy of the source state when a page may change. A URL alone may not show what the reviewer saw on the approval date.
The record does not prove that a statement is true, safe, or lawful. It gives your team a clear path to check and update it.
A placeholder service introduction
Keep every field in brackets until the source owner confirms it.
Hi, I am [Approved Presenter Name] from [Approved Business Name]. We help [Approved Audience] with [Approved Service Scope] in [Approved Location or Service Area]. Check [Approved Service Source] for the current scope, limits, price, and availability. Check [Approved Policy Source] for the terms that apply. Contact [Approved Contact Route] for a person to review your needs. This message is current through [Approved Expiry Date].
This sample names no real business, owner, customer, location, qualification, service, price, offer, availability, testimonial, lead, sale, or revenue result. Do not replace a bracket until the source and wording pass review.
What disclosure does not prove
Recorded consent shows that the person approved setup of the Twin. AI disclosure and Content Credentials can provide signals about AI use and origin. Invisible provenance can help identify a Render, but these controls are still rolling out and are not guaranteed on every file.
These signals do not prove that a business name, location, price, service, license, or available slot is correct. They do not prove customer consent, data safety, access, review truth, or compliance with a platform. Keep the source and rights checks outside the media credential.

Plan with real cost inputs
Kyndrify uses a shared credit balance across supported tools. Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over, and pay-as-you-go packs are valid for three months. Your other inputs may include source checks, script work, rights review, data review, captions, transcripts, editing, approvals, hosting, and later updates.
Use the current fee and your own work records. Do not add sample leads, calls, bookings, sales, time savings, margin, or revenue. The approved sources do not document those outcomes. Confirm commercial-use rights because the current Kyndrify pages do not list them.
Decide if the format fits
A Twin may fit when the task is to present a checked script through an approved face and voice. Real footage may be a better source when the viewer needs to inspect a place, item, person, process, or result.
Before a Render, ask:
- Is the viewer, message, and next step clear?
- Does every business and offer fact have an owner, source, and check date?
- Is all private data removed and every media right cleared?
- Are the review context, access plan, and labels approved?
- Is there an expiry date and a takedown owner?
Stop if an answer is no. Fix the record first.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to record a new live video for each script?
The documented workflow uses a Twin made from a headshot and short voice clip. You then provide scripts for Renders. Check the current setup terms and consent steps before use.
Will viewers know that the clip uses AI?
Kyndrify is rolling out AI disclosure, Content Credentials, and invisible provenance, but these controls are not guaranteed on every file. Follow any extra label or setting required by the channel where you publish.
Can a Twin present a customer review?
It can read a script, but the business must confirm the quote, permission, and context. Do not change the meaning. Clearly disclose a relevant payment, gift, discount, job, or personal tie.
Does Kyndrify connect to my website or Google Business Profile?
Its current public pages do not document those links. Keep the script and each live profile under a separate source check so they do not conflict.
Does Kyndrify provide captions or translations?
Its current pages do not document captions. Kyndrify documents ten speech and dubbing languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, and Chinese. Script translation also lists Hindi, Filipino, Indonesian, and Arabic, but the saved voice cannot speak those targets yet. Plan and verify those parts through a separate process when your audience needs them.
Start with one low-risk message
Choose one viewer and one simple task. Freeze the business and offer facts, remove private data, clear the media, and plan access. Add the right labels and get written approval. After the Render, compare the whole clip with the source record. Publish it with a review date so it does not outlive the facts.
