AI Video for Shopify Stores

AI video for Shopify stores can help with a few clear jobs. An checked Twin can present a founder intro, checked product guide, setup explanation, or campaign script. You provide and approve the words.

The Twin does not connect to your store or check a product fact. Your catalog, price, stock, shipping, returns, warranty, reviews, media rights, and platform approval stay in separate records. Treat the video as one campaign asset, not as a live copy of your store.

What a Kyndrify Twin can produce

A Kyndrify Twin is based on an checked face and voice. Setup uses a headshot, a short voice clip, and recorded consent. You give it a script. Each Render provides a download and a hosted link. Longer scripts can be made in parts and joined. The Kyndrify sales workflow describes this process.

Kyndrify uses shared credits across supported tools, with subscription credits that reset monthly and pay-as-you-go packs valid for 3 months. It does not list pay-per-Render billing. Content Credentials and invisible provenance are still rolling out and are not guaranteed on every file. Its current pages do not list a Shopify, catalog, theme, inventory, price, order, shipping, return, review, analytics, or ad link. They do not list product-photo or B-roll creation, templates, or Render speed. Free uses preset avatars and voices, while Plus lists own-face and own-voice video, voice cloning, and talking-head video up to 1080p. Ten speech and dubbing languages are documented. Commercial use requires rights and current plan and Terms confirmation. Check the current Kyndrify pricing and Terms before you depend on any feature or right.

The Twin makes a presenter clip. Use separately checked real footage when a shopper needs to inspect the item, package, fit, setup, or result.

Use one workflow for each product

A product video can become wrong when the price, stock, rule, or item changes. Use one release path for each SKU, version, and channel.

  1. Choose one item and channel. Name the SKU, variant, product version, audience, and placement. Do not mix several products in one source record.
  2. Freeze product facts. Save the product page, spec, fit list, safety source, certification, price, and stock source.
  3. Freeze service facts. Save the fulfillment method, shipping statement, return terms, warranty, and support route. The FTC Mail Order Rule guide explains why sellers need a sound basis for shipping claims and what may be required after a delay.
  4. Check the media. Compare every shot with the actual item a buyer receives. Do not present a generated product, package, customer, use, or result as real evidence.
  5. Clear rights. Confirm the script, presenter, voice, product marks, photos, clips, music, graphics, and any third-party material.
  6. Check proof and ties. Check each review, quote, demonstration, and result. Do not make, hide, or misstate review evidence. The FTC Reviews Rule Q&A covers fake reviews, insider reviews, suppression, and paid sentiment.
  7. Set disclosure. Clearly disclose a relevant gift, discount, commission, affiliate link, employment tie, or other material connection under the FTC endorsement guidance. Follow the AI-content rules for the channel. YouTube requires disclosure for covered realistic synthetic media under its altered-content policy.
  8. Approve and render. Get written approval for the final facts, media, rights, and labels. Watch the full Render before it goes live.
  9. Version and expire. Set a review date. Replace or remove the video when the item, price, stock, policy, or source changes. Name a takedown owner.

Shopify merchants remain responsible for their content and activity under the current Shopify Acceptable Use Policy. Kyndrify does not list an automatic Shopify policy check.

Keep a release record

Create one record for each video. Include:

  • Store, product, SKU, variant, version, audience, and channel
  • Product page, spec, fit, safety, and certification sources
  • Price, stock, fulfillment, shipping, return, warranty, and support sources
  • Check, quote, demonstration, and result evidence
  • Rights for the script, likeness, voice, marks, photos, clips, music, and graphics
  • AI label and each material-connection disclosure
  • Platform review, final approval, and source check dates
  • Expiry date, archive, replacement link, and takedown owner

Add the source owner and date for each fact. A link alone is not enough if the page can change. Save the approved version or a dated record under your own policy.

This record does not prove that a claim is lawful or true. It makes the review easy to trace and helps the team find videos that need an update.

A placeholder product orientation

Keep each field in brackets until its owner confirms the live source.

Hi, I am [Checked Presenter Name] from [Checked Store Name]. This guide covers [Checked Product Name], [Checked SKU or Variant], and [Checked User Job]. Check [Checked Product Source] for the current spec, fit, price, and stock. Check [Approved Policy Source] for shipping, returns, and warranty details. Follow [Checked Setup Source] for the current steps. Contact [Checked Support Route] if your item or screen differs. This video is current through [Checked Expiry Date].

The sample names no real store, brand, product, SKU, spec, price, stock, shipping term, return term, warranty, review, or performance result. Do not replace a bracket until the fact and wording are checked.

What consent and credentials do not prove

Recorded consent confirms approval to create the Twin. AI disclosure and C2PA Content Credentials can provide signals about AI use and origin. A forensic watermark can help identify a Render.

None of these proves that the product is accurate, safe, available, or eligible for a channel. They do not prove media rights, customer consent, review truth, shipping speed, fulfillment, warranty coverage, or legal compliance. They also do not replace the AI label required by a platform.

Plan with your own cost inputs

Kyndrify uses shared credits across supported tools, with subscription credits that do not roll over and pay-as-you-go packs valid for 3 months. Your other inputs may include source checks, script writing, product footage, rights review, disclosure review, editing, captions, approvals, hosting, and later updates.

Use the current fee and your own work records. Do not add sample conversion, sales, return reduction, savings, margin, or revenue figures. The approved sources do not list those outcomes. Confirm commercial-use rights before you publish because the current Kyndrify pages do not list them.

Decide whether the Twin fits the job

A Twin may fit when the main task is to present an checked script through a verified face and voice. Real product footage is still needed when the buyer must inspect the actual item, fit, package, control, or use.

Before a Render, ask:

  1. Is one SKU, version, and channel clearly named?
  2. Does each product, price, stock, and policy claim have a current source?
  3. Does every visual match the item and have the needed rights?
  4. Are the review, connection, and AI labels approved?
  5. Is there a review date and a person who can remove the video?

Stop when an answer is no. Fix the record before making the clip.

Frequently asked questions

Does Kyndrify connect to a Shopify catalog or theme?

Its current public pages do not list a Shopify, catalog, theme, inventory, order, or price connection. Keep store data and video scripts under a separate checked process.

Can the Twin generate product photos or B-roll?

Kyndrify's current pages describe a talking-head Render from a script. They do not list product-photo, still-image, or B-roll creation. Use approved assets from another source and track their rights.

What does pay per Render cost?

Kyndrify's current billing is shared credits plus pay-as-you-go credit packs, not per-Render billing. Credit consumption depends on the selected tool and output, so buyers should consult current pricing for allowances rather than a per-Render price table.

What should I do when a price or stock level changes?

Find every video tied to the old source. Replace or remove it, then make a new checked version if needed. Keep the replacement link and takedown action in the release record.

Does C2PA satisfy every platform AI-label rule?

No. Content Credentials can signal AI use and origin, but each platform may require its own label or setting. Check the current rule for every channel before publishing.

Publish one checked product at a time

Start with one SKU, one version, and one channel. Freeze the product and service facts. Clear the media and review evidence, add the right labels, and approve the final script. After the Render, compare the video with the item and current store pages. Publish it with a review date so the campaign does not outlive its sources.
