How your content is used, what deleting your account removes, and what Kyndrify does not support.
Do you train AI models on my data?
Kyndrify does not use your photos, voice clips, scripts, or finished media to train a Kyndrify model. Your content is sent only to services needed to complete the work you request. Read the current details on our security page.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Use Delete account in Settings and confirm with your email. If you own a Workspace with other members, transfer ownership or remove those members first. Active Workspace records are erased during deletion. Media removal may continue through the storage cleanup process. Limited consent evidence, billing records, and backups may be retained when the law or the published retention policy requires it.
Is Kyndrify HIPAA-compliant?
No. Kyndrify is not HIPAA-eligible. Do not upload Protected Health Information or use the Studio for a patient-data workflow covered by HIPAA.
